Items marked as delivered by the USPS Postal Service are considered delivered. If for some reason you do not receive your order when tracking shows delivered you will need to contact your local post office to locate package. Any items that are marked as undeliverable as addressed or are returned to sender, a 20% restocking fee will apply. Please make sure that your order is correct before purchasing and submitting your order as I do not accept cancellation requests.
No returns or exchanges accepted. I make every effort to provide quality items. If there is a problem with your order, please be sure to contact me within 3 days of having received your items. Please also include photos as a well as a message explaining any issues along with a photo of the entire contents of your package. Items must still be in their original packaging.

Shipping charges are for the cost of shipping and handling, which includes the cost of packaging, bubblewrap, labels, printer ink, postage, my time to package items, as well as time spent taking items to post office for drop off. Shipping prices are what is shown before you check out and purchase. No shipping costs will be refunded after purchase. Please be aware that the USPS is advising to expect in some instances longer than usual delivery times due to COVID. These delays are beyond my control. I always ship within the time frame stated in the listings, but the actual delivery time frame will depend on the postal service. I am not responsible for items that are lost or damaged by the postal service. I strongly recommend upgrading to priority shipping at checkout to ensure that your package is insured should any damage occur to your items during transit or should the package become lost. If you have not received your items after 1 month after shipment and you did pay for the priority upgrade , please contact me to let me know so I can begin the process of filing a claim for items lost in the mail
